By accessing or using ChanceHunter ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChanceHunter provides AI-powered trend analysis and opportunity discovery across multiple platforms. Features include trend monitoring, AI-generated ideas, and detailed analysis reports.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, or using automated means to scrape content beyond normal API usage.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated by the AI is provided for your personal or business use. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChanceHunter.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ChanceHunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Payments, Cancellation & Refunds

ChanceHunter offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment. Refund requests can be sent to support@chancehunter.com. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
